Just because they can go on doesn't mean they should. 275/285 is the max I'd go with. My PS4S 305s already have a smidge of bulge on my 10.5" wide wheels, I can't imagine how much there'd be on the PP1 wheels.

Article was a good read, thanks for that.

So what I'm understanding is that while they'll be more peak grip, there'll be a lot of bulge on the stock PP1 rears and reduced handling? Might be a silly question too, but would it worry me too much if I was making the car fast in a straight line for street use?

As for the Super Sport 305s, those would work fine with these 19x10 reps with a bit of bulge correct?

Optimum performance for a 305 is on a 11” rim
Are you looking for optimum performance or just look with a bit more traction?

Meaning it is soft, Have you ever had a tire going flat?

Driving and checking by moving the steering wheel R&L quickly. The will car feels sloppy.

That help?

Ok, I did not know the PP1 was staggered, you will have zero problems with the tire and it will look kickass

I'd say look with a bit more traction, although I plan on going FI later down the road. Does that drastically change my options?

Awesome, and you mean that I'll have zero problems with the 19x10 wheel & tire setup right?

No reason I can think of, even the chart suggests the10'' rim.

Enjoy

So therefore you will be fine with your choice of tire and wheels

Also, that's fine for me too, getting 19x11s. Although the problem is that I can't seem to find any 19x11 gloss black reps. Only ones I could find for sale are in gunmetal. I'm really adamant on keeping the PP1 design, PITA to clean but I love the look.

So you're putting 11" rims on did not pick up on that, so here is a taste of that.
The tire is 305/35x19 aired to 33psi and works great. Really fills the wheel well

Do you mean this on 19x10 or 19x9.5?

I'm fine with either 19x10 or 19x11. Only problem is that I can't find any 19x11 gloss black reps on sale, which is why I'm likely going to go with the 19x10s.

Anyways, beautiful pony and great shot!
