What if I can’t get one of the header bolts on? What are the odds of a leak? It’s being a real PITA
You may have to take all of them out and start with that bolt and the header. Tighten it down until it’s flush and then put the other bolts in. About to jack my car up and get to wrenching on the same install.

Having just done my car and my brothers - Corsa on mine and TSP on his. Each car needed a factory stud or 2 left or reinstalled due to tight clearances or odd / hard to reach areas to start a header bolt. Unfortunately the passenger side needed to be removed once to re strategize. I would not leave out any fasteners and be very patient so to not cross thread the hard to reach ones. Walk away, drink a beer and be patient. The motor mounts only have (1) nut to be removed off the stud, removing the (2) bolts as shown is not necessary and alot of extra work because of factory thread lock.
