I have not seen any reported issues with high RPM, except banging off the limiter at 8,000 or more. At least on NA applications. I think you're quite safe revving on to 7800 on stock motor.

Okay thanks! I will ask my tuner about it!

Not sure if I don't remember this happening but around 4K, My car starts to pull like crazy! It is like I down shifted but I did not! I can feel the G's put me back in my seat! lol! I hope it is in the new intake!!!

It is. Most of us have noted the same feeling.

So I have my stock manifold off and the injectors off. Waiting on MMR lockouts to ship because Lund convinced me to not use the pig tails. Now comes decision time...

Option #1: Do I go with LU-47 injectors and stay with my Airaid intake and go Flex Fuel?

Option #2: Do I stay with stock injectors and install the Steeda closed lid CAI and go with an updated 93 octane tune?

Option #3: LU-47 injectors, 2018 JLT intake (120 MM), Lund Flex Fuel tune.

#3 it is. Just grabbed an 18 JLT intake 15% off. It should fit just fine. I guess I'm going to experience what flex fuel is all about!

#4 is a future option except I'll go turbo when it won't make me broke, lol.

You're gonna be going wow wow wow when you do the first hard pull, even on 93.

How hard was the install?
Not hard at all with lockouts. Worst part was finding a hose bent enough to plug into the evap solenoid to the manifold evap port. I started out trying to fab heater hose for it and that doesn't bend well. I used a hand saw and trimmed off the bolt holes on the evap solenoid to make it thinner. I ended up cutting a hose on the evap bunch that had a good bend and it worked perfectly.
