How will datalogging be impacted if I do so while we have a cold front? I live in south Florida. Cold is anything below 70 but this week will be in the 50’s.

It's fine. No issues, air is just denser. Just make sure the car is warmed up.How will datalogging be impacted if I do so while we have a cold front? I live in south Florida. Cold is anything below 70 but this week will be in the 50’s.
I datalogged mine when it was 30 degrees outside. No issues. How will datalogging be impacted if I do so while we have a cold front? I live in south Florida. Cold is anything below 70 but this week will be in the 50’s.
They are both the same from what I know.Need a question answered real quick, is it better to just re-use the 15-17 throttle body or would using the 18 throttle body be a better idea?
You can't use the 18 TB on the 15-17 car. They are both the same from what I know.
They are not. The '18 TB is digital signal. The '15-17 is analog. They are both the same from what I know.
They're unfounded. The car drives like stock. Lock out, or to go the cheaper route, just zip tie the solenoid actuators open (there is a spring that holds them open but the zip tie makes sure there's no flutter).I talked with my Tuner and he said he uses pigtails however I would like to save some money and just use lock outs. Any real issues with using lock outs over pig tails? I've heard idle issues and drivability issues at low RPM's, etc???
Hope it works! After having it locked out and the extremely minimal negatives associated with that, I don't regret it. It can only be better with fully functional IMRCs though. After going through this entire thread, learning as much as I possibly could, I think I'm going to go with an 18 ported manifold and use the VMP harness to keep the IMRC's. Challenge accepted.
Yeah, putting a lot of trust into the VMP harness. I'll see if I get lucky.Hope it works! After having it locked out and the extremely minimal negatives associated with that, I don't regret it. It can only be better with fully functional IMRCs though.
I doubt VMP would sell a harness that doesn't work.Yeah, putting a lot of trust into the VMP harness. I'll see if I get lucky.
