I wrote a virtual dyno to tune using logs. I added a feature to play back logs displaying the data on screen with gauges. I capture the screen playback with OBS Studio and edit it together with Vegas.

You could use the built-in gauges in VCM Scanner and capture the same way I am... only reason i wrote my own is to display exactly the info I want the way I want.

In this video, I used the gauges in VCM Scanner.
