For perspective, https://nurburgringlaptimes.com/lap-times-top-100/ Considering the traffic, that is a good lap time. I have driven the Green Hell before and there is nothing else like it. I only wish I could run my 350 on the Nordschleif.

I suddenly feel disturbingly inadequate...

All those "OMG" aren't going to be felt on that new Las Vegas long course... cuz it's flat. The Ring remains supreme! The jealousy I have right now... Really, really great driving. Same car, I know I wouldn't even be close. I'd be happy just to get around it at a brisk pace without hitting something!

lol. When I was there, we took a taxi ride on the ring in an M5. Driver and 3 passengers - no helmets. Probably not the safest move but it's not really an option. It's either bring your own or don't go. When in Rome...
