It's made out of metal
Price is between .01 and 2 million dollars
Some things will have to be done with it to make it work
It fits under the hood

So we need a adapter to fit the stock throttle body and its designed for the engine .

Steve with that said kind of makes me think it is meant for larger throttle body at least 90mm or bigger throttle body.
So am I heading in the right direction ?

Car tv commercials do not do this. They don't advertise a 1/2 finished car before advertising it's sale. Those are called concept cars.
