Painting trunk deck lid to match car color

Have not seen pics anywhere and wondering if anyone has done it? Curious as to how it would look especially with an OW or silver car.

I haven't seen a lot of examples of it being done, so it looks a little weird when it is done. It looks good on a magnetic, but I'm not sure about it on lighter colored cars.

I think it looks good. Definitely unique. I take it you didn't like it.
