I wanted to create this thread for people that purchased the GTX2867r to post up reviews, drag times, spool info, any issues and anything else related to this turbo. Mine is already on my car and I'm excited have some dyno results below.

Graph includes 93 and 93 with meth on low reading dynocom

Seen your videos on YouTube the other day, I was totally waiting for you to start this thread. Nice numbers and that curve looks pretty solid. Seems like the best option besides going with an EFR setup.

I'll have a full review vid soon. I know I promised a 5558 review but I didn't like the turbo tbh. I'm in love with the 2867 though. Such a great budget set up with quick spool, amazing sounds and plenty of power.

Seems way more responsive than the 5558 you had which seemed to get away from what the car was all about. This car likes a quick turbo.

That video wasn't even the final tune for boost. That video was maybe only 22psi. Now I'm running 24-25psi and on meth it's crazy.

Absolutely the 5558 totally took out the pep for the street/autox.

Any chance this turbo could break into 10s on stock motor? With the right susp, converter, and tire/wheel setup?

The Vargas thread is 6 days old. Hardly "weeks!". So, if YOU'RE going to try and be a wise guy, at least do it right.

By the way, I was busting his balls since he copied the Vargas thread verbatim.
I LOL'd glad to someone else on here with a sense of humor.

I could see that. Im just not a drag racer. My car isnt even setup that way. Its set up for mostly autox/street driving and hopefully by the end of the year or early next year HPDE

I personally do not see this turbo being capable of running 10s. If that is your goal, I would look to something bigger than this.

Sure it could. you just need e85 and better flowing head and weight reduction. If you can make 475ish whp with a car that weighs 3k. its doable.
