best bolt on mods for HP/RWTQ increase

Is there anybody that has 500+ HP with bolt on parts? I want to start doing performance upgrades with any forced induction parts. Im thinking a new intake manifold, hi flow cats, cai and tune. Whats the most I can get with that?

I think you'd need just about everything to be at 500whp N/A. Catless longtubes, CJ intake manifold, cams, ported heads and E85. It'll end up costing you just as much if not more than forced induction.
