You do have a point but I'm also comparing same DA of others. The only variable would be a different track. I doubt a different track could account for 5-6 mph difference. I don't know maybe I'm crazy , just trying to figure Out if that's the case.
I believe a different track could. Track prep is huge. That is why I asked. I don't expect my mph difference to be huge at different track, I believe DA will be the bigger factor in that, buy as far as ET, the track is where it is at.[/QUOTE]

Yes sir ask me how i know this is true after a horrendous outing at capital this past weekend!!!

If you can get to another track near you go there, see what happens id imagine around 6800 to 7000 is best shift range for stock manifold and your mods , keep it in4th

I ran last night in Bristol, TN and the DAs where not good. 3260 according to Drag Times app. I still managed to run 12.70s @111 all night. My 60 ft times are not what they should be to have DRs (1.98) Still working on getting those down. I have M/T ET Rs 275/40-17 and I had them running at 15psi. I have an auto with 3.15s and I have tried launching from 1500rpm (bogs slightly) and from 1000rpm. I hold whatever RPM and then hammer it on 3rd amber. Sometimes it hooks and other times it spins badly. I need to find the best RPM and work on consistency. I would still expect better 60 ft times though. Still running much better than many other Mustangs, Camaros, and even Vettes. My mods are in my signature.

If you don't have a stall that is why your 60ft times are bad.

I know a different TC will help a bunch but I should still do a little better than I currently am. Some of it is certainly me. Only been to track twice with the DRs. Still getting used to them and trying to find a "sweet spot" for launch RPM.

6300 with those gears and tires is a 111mph trap speed. You sure that's correct with your mods?
Bias ply grow. And they are actually 28.5" for the ET Street R version, which is what I run. I guarantee they are not 28.5" at the finish line.

I think I'm going to check for exhaust leaks since the last mod was the long tubes.

See you are running same trap speed as me with same DA and you don't have the long tubes.

I feel like track conditions are always good. I used to run my 01 Bullitt there and was able to hook up just fine with my nt555r drag radials (best et was 12.55 with around 1.7-1.8 sixty foot. Sad that I can't come close to that with my 15 GT, although my Bullitt had 100 shot.

Thinking about heading up there tomorrow.... How crowed is it on a test and tune?
