What does everyone else do when selling their car with long tubes? Keep the tune on it? Even for a trade in at dealer?

Selling car and trying to go as stock as possible. The only thing that I can’t go back to stock on is my Stainless Power long tube headers. Can I run this with the stock tune? It has cats and all 4 oxygen sensors.
