I had to take my car in this week for a few things, intake manifold issue and some other small stuff.

As soon as I talk to my service advisor he tells me they finally got the door latch parts in and mine is done. So if you are waiting on these, they are most likely ready now.

WAIT???!!?!?!
There's a door latch issue with Mustangs as well?! :eyebulge:
I know that A LOT of late model F150 owners are pretty furious about their latches not working properly, either being parked outside or in the garage. There are about 4 or 5 threads on it on F150forum.com.

Yep. I had gotten a notice in the mail MONTHS ago but the parts to fix it finally just came in.

Definitely keep an eye on it, as after they did the Wifes Fiesta recall for the door latch, the fuckin thing broke and the door could no longer be closed. Maybe it was just bad luck, but it wasn't even a week after they installed the new latches.

I don't think I ever got a notice in the mail about it. Is it all 15's or just certain batches of them?

Called the dealer last week and they told me the availability will be in spring. I am close to Michigan as well so i don't know how you got yours done.

The notice said they have SOME parts, ie if people have issues and bring them in they can fix it. But otherwise it was voluntary and to hold off until Spring.

Its only some 2015 Mustangs. And there have been no serious issues, this is more precautionary it feels like. Your car is not going to fall apart tomorrow after 2-2.5 years or owning a 2015 now.
