Well I couldn't make it out of town for work this weekend because of the weather but I was able to finish up my budget friendly drag wheels. I had the paint shop put a coat of clear on them to give it a glossy black look. I took the rivits out & sprayed them red to get rid of the chrome look to keep my black & red theme going.

Here's how it turned out.

So we got the fuel system in last night around 1am & I uploaded the Ken B. 93 tune. Everything went pretty smooth considering it was Friday 13th. So all I can say right now is the car makes stupid power from 70, 80 & even a 100 mph was total loss of traction on a 56 degree night. I wasn't expecting the MT street comps to hook but I did think above 60ish I could get a good pull but that was a negative. Needless to say I will be ordering the BMR catalog & getting better daily tires. E85 tune is out of the question until I can figure out away to get a decent hooking tire without rolling around on drag radials daily.
Best pull I could manage was a 80 roll slightly part throttling until about 110 or 120 when it finally hooked & buried 160 that's all my car reads to & my mph needle was in the fuel readout area & still pulling when I let off.

I got MT SC's in 305 in the rear and those tires have grip issues with stock power. I couldn't imagine running 600-700 horses with those on... lol.

The only times I got them to work well were on 100+ degree track days.
