I have 2 mustangs coming, the first one is a 05/12/2016 build and that is still not here... it was booked in for arrival 11/03/2017 but has been pushed till the 18/03/2017 but the dealer has said that can change... what are you guys using to check your cars? What's the site?

If you have a VIN number put it in the Cargo ID hit enter and bingo

Use the track and trace icon to take you to the cargo I.D. window
Put the VIN there to find your ship

Hey guys, so I put the vin number into the customer reference number but nothing came up... any idea what's going on?

Try putting your VIN in the "Cargo ID" field (top right)

That's strange... says Baltimore, MD so is it still in the US or in the water? How do you work that out?

That should take you to a screen with voyage details
If your car is booked on a ship it will have the name of ship, departure date from Baltimore and an ETA at your nearest port
If this doesn't happen you are not booked on a ship as yet

Build was 11-01-2017 GT Ruby Red, been checking vin but still not at the dock. Dealer told me eta is late much, will plan for April maybe

Anyone with notification of being on this ship yet? Im hoping to get on this one but mine is still coming up with "nothing found" on 2w global

Hey guys, how do I know if it's been loaded or not? Is there even such a thing?

Gave the dealership another visit on Monday and was shown my cars location as Baltimore but it's not on the 2W global website they must have a off site storeage site which doesn't show up on cotus site .Was assured that l will have my car by the 1/4 built on the 12/1 ,if l don't see it on the dock in the few days it going to be mid April
