We've been testing now for a few months on a high output system for those looking to make the most that they can out of quality 93 octane, or 91 octane and Torco Fuel Additive. We're proud to release our 900hp (770-785whp) Kenne Bell based system!

Here's the details:

- 3.2L Kenne Bell Compressor
- Patented Liquid Cooled compressor drive/snout (keeps oil/blower case temps down)
- Massive intercooler core (will support up to 1500hp)
- Cast aluminum lower manifold/intercooler assembly
- Extra large heat exchanger
- 3/4" lines/fittings
- H.O. Intercooler pump/relay/harness
- 168mm billet oval throttle body
- Mammoth supercharger inlet
- Kenne Bell 21 volt Pro Series boost-a-pump
- EVAP and TB plug and play extension harnesses
- IAT2 (downstream) sensor/harness
- 3/4" thick billet blower pulley/drive plate
- Billet idler pulleys with oversized bearings
- Billet bypass valve assembly
- 4.5" cold air inlet pipe/filter
- Vacuum lines, fittings, silicone, gaskets, O-rings
- Injector Dynamics ID1000 fuel injectors
- Lund Racing nGauge
- Lund Racing/Boost Works tuning credit/session
- NGK 6510 Iridium spark plugs (1 heat range colder than stock)
- Pulley for 13.5psi
- Kenne Bell billet/poly engine mount kit/hardware
- Stainless bolts/hardware for mounting various components
- EVAP relocation bracket and wiring extension.
- 4oz of Kenne Bell supercharger oil
- DETAILED instruction manual with pictures

Our test car laid down an impressive 789whp/642wtq @ a peak boost pressure of 13.7psi. This was achieved with a stock engine, stock manifolds, and aftermarket exhaust system. We did have a little Torco in the tank for good measure, but non-Torco runs in the 750whp range were tried without any knock whatsoever.

Price-$8995.00

OPTIONAL items:

- Polished system (includes polished supercharger, inlet manifold, drive, throttle body, and intake tube)- $550.00
- Billet oil pump gear set- $319.00
- Billet timing chain gear- $309.00
- 8 rib upgrade kit- $1059.00
- Return-style 1200hp E85 fuel system- $1599.00
- ATI 20% overdrive balancer (for use with our without 8 rib kit)- $499.00
- ID1300 Upgrade (over the ID1000 injector set) $865.00

This setup is setup to run on E85, with big 1000cc injectors, and an optional fuel system. We are currently testing on E85, and expect to eclipse 800whp with ease. Stay tuned as the car is dialed in!

Travis in one month you have brought Kenne bell to the market here, you are a one man band. My hats off to you for changing the momentum here. As you can see I bought a Whipple and don't regret at all. I love Kenne Bells and enjoy the competition and added discussions and comparisons.

Question on you intercooler system, you say it's a 3/4" lines and fittings, but what is the ID of the fittings and intercooler passageways? Are they .625"?

It's a manual car with Ford Racing mid pipe, Corsa catback, and stock cats/manifolds.

Thanks! We definitely work hard at putting KB out there. They are great folks with a great product.

They're 3/4" ID I believe.. I'll have to measure a hose ID and report back.

No I'm not talking the hose ID Travis I'm talking about the fitting and couplers inner diameter that will be the limitng size and therefore flow.

The fittings are for 3/4" hose. The wall thickness is a tad smaller. It doesn't decrease flow enough to worry about. We don't have IAT issues even at big HP levels.
