I purchased the Steeda CAI without the tune and I'm happy with it. I did notice a little more grunt and pull after the installation. Nothing mind bending, but noticeable. I definitely want a tune when my factory powertrain is up in 2020, if it'll be a noticeable difference. For those that...
I just can't get over how fugly the front of that car is. Just can't do it. Also, under the good. Bad, bad, bad! Sorry, I own a Fox and New Edge and a S550...I'm 42 years old...maybe that car appeals to younger people but no one in my age group and up thinks it looks good that I've talked to...
Sorry, that was a couple years ago. It went up a little. $256 but you can probably get it a little cheaper.

Since you have a PP car, why don't you just replace the vacuum gauge with a boost/vacuum Ford cluster? It's like $179 I think and it'll look factory fresh.
Newly enacted Federal regulations forced Ford to lower and increase the hood slope so people would have a better chance of surviving Cars & Coffee, and other car meets.
Fairly certain your car would destroy a GT350 without even getting past 5 lbs. of boost.
I'd just love to see a comparison stock for stock. As another poster has mentioned, I don't think a S550 GT PP is as far off as people might think.
Hopefully, we'll see some track tests done in the...
Very curious to see someone do some comparisons. Would love to see 1/4 mile and road and track numbers.
Would love to know how far off a S550 GT with Performance Pack is from a GT350.
Any guesses?
FWIW, I had just under a year on original oil at 2500 miles when my warning light came on telling me to change the oil. Also, it's not my daily driver, so I pound the hell out of it. I will change it every year regardless of mileage on the car. I just take it to the dealer and I'm sure they...
Factory oil lasted me 2600 miles before the change soon light came on. I'm using whatever the dealer service shop put in it. It gets changed every year with about 2-3K miles on it. I've been doing that for years and never hurt a factory "stock" motor...and I beat them hard.
I have the Race and overall for the cost, I'm really happy with it. No raspiness at all, at any RPM period.
Drone in 6th gear at 60 MPH is horrible though, but other than that...it's an awesome exhaust. The best I've had with my MAC Pro-Dumps a very, very close second.
In an earlier thread that's now closed, I was sharing my bad experience with CJPP's customer service. Steve from CJPP read my thread, reached out to me and an agreeable compromise was reached.
I just want to say that I appreciate Steve's time and his attention to the many customers and...
As an owner of a Fox, SN-95 New Edge and a S550, I can tell you they sound best in the order I listed. However, I plan on doing a Fox-Coyote swap so we'll see how much it changes. Right now, the Fox with it's 331 stroker and MAC ProDumps sounds bad ass.
I have Bassani catbacks on the SN-95...
I purchased camber bolts for $35. Just want to mention the installation was a two man job even with spring compressors. It kinda was a PITA to get them into the coil over.
I'll get some better shots and post after my alignment Thursday. As far as bounciness, I never really felt that as bad as some say. I'll be doing some more spirited driving after the front wheel alignment and provide some more feedback.
Installed the front only performance springs and I'm very impressed with the drop and ride quality on my GT PP. Feels exactly the same as OEM, but dropped. Getting an alignment later this week and will be putting some harder miles on it.
This is the $1,000,000 question. I can tell you Steeda was unfreakingbelievable on the Gen. 1 Coyote. If you're going off Dyno numbers, the Gen. 2 Steeda tune isn't close to the others but I'd like to hear from people that have it and hear the pros and cons. Hopefully even someone that had it...
