    So we have reached the end of Q1 2024 and I called Ford Customer Service and there is no fix yet! Also, SSM 51960 which says to expect Q1 2024 fix is the latest SSM that I have found on this issue. Does anyone have any better info?

    Now that we are in October, has anyone heard if Ford met the goal stated in SSM 51712 to have a service fix for our tops in Q3 2023?

    There is a Ford service memo, SSM 51523, that identifies the problem on 2022-2023 convertibles. The memo states that a fix is expected to be released Q2 2023. It also states that dealers should report vehicles with the issue over the OASIS system.
