Got my oil changed. This is the 2nd one since buying the car new 15 months ago.
Dealer explains they do not have the proper wrench to tighten the filter to the proper specs and I need to have the one Ford sent me in order for them to do it.
So I run home and grab it for them...
Car dealer is not a detail shop.
They will use the same dirty rag on your car they have on every one before yours.
The paint on these cars already sucks.
a dealer wash will only add more issues. Swirls galore.
I always tell them do not wash my car and cross my fingers they listen.
Good Luck.
No way I would buy a GT350 and put it away for an investment.
If you have 65K cash lying around to buy a 2nd GT350 then you should have some thoughts about investing your money in real asset classes like Real Estate/Stock Market.
Have you seen what the stock market has been doing?
Saw my first R in the wild today.
OXFORD WHITE with stripes, decal on rear window, in Henderson parked in front of the Fed Ex at the shopping center on Stephanie off the 215.
Too bad I was in my Jeep and not my 350.
Sweet ride. Member here?
The car attracts attention just about every time I take it out.
The exhaust screams look at me.
You get the occasional guy who thinks his Hyundai has magically transformed into a race car when he pulls up next you.
But for the most part it's people just admiring a bad @ss American...
Only you can answer if an R is worth the additional 20 Grand.
I'm happy with my plain Jane 350GT and the 20K extra I left in the market...
That 20K is now around 30K
I had a 15 GT PP and traded it in for the GT350.
Never looked back!
In my eyes is it worth an additional $20K?
Ummm... No.
But that is really for you to decide.
Personally I'd rather have the money invested rather than sitting in a depreciating hunk of rusting metal.
But oh...
I don't daily my GT350 but I see no reason why you couldn't, especially in a warm weather state. 35K miles per year though is too much IMO. I'd get a beater to rack the miles up on and keep the GT350 miles lower.
Like others have mentioned the wear and tear and cost of parts will add up...
Today had a douche making sure he got as close to my rear bumper as he could at each red light. Then he would tail me to the next light.
The only thing I could think of that pissed him off was he drove a crappy 10 year old Toyota Camry. Haters gonna hate.
The car just turns some guys...
IMO - Too many miles for that price when you compare other used 17's on the market.
Check out cars.com and you'll find a bunch of 17's with low miles asking a grand or two more... I'm sure you can negotiate an even better deal.
Buy out of state and ship or drive it home. Vegas dealers brains are fried from the heat.
Guadin Ford has GT350's listed at 20K over... LMFAO!!!!
Those are sucker prices.
