The way by bmw worked is when you reached for the handle the car would unlock. When you got out and slide the back of your hand across the handle it would lock. No buttons or anything like that.
Don't get me wrong, I like my tech... But if you can't parallel park your car you shouldn't be driving. Much less driving a performance oriented car. Lets hope that a base model mustang will exist with the ability to pick and choose what you want.
I agree keep the base mustang affordable. It would be nice for a good amount of extra pay options. It's not like ford needs to develop cutting edge technology, everything I mentioned exists in one way or another in one of their other cars.
The glass roof already exists on a mustang and ford uses the no key push button start on some of its other models. This car competes with the m3 on the performance aspect why not take some steps in the right direction with interior quality and options?
I can wait a few extra months and I'm moving to Dallas so I can drive the car year round. The problem I face is my current car is so in reliable I'm not sure it will make it.
So the S550 won't have any anniversary badging. Seems ridiculous. But 3 independent sources are saying production in July.
Either ford is releasing these rumors to throw people off (5% chance)
