My friends dad has a Ford dealership and he said that they actually started production about two weeks ago. Then I saw online that it started yesterday (7/15). So, assuming either date is correct, that means that everything has been finalized and the car is ready. So, why haven't we seen any...
I hate the silver ring around the window on the Black. It makes it look like a Lexus. Not that I have anything against Lexus, but it doesn't look good on a Mustang.
Fine fine, you were right lol. I"m surprised that they were able to pull it off without anyone sneaking a shot. The behind the scenes footage looks like they slimmed the crew down and it's only one shot at the end.
I really don't like the new exhaust tune. It's sounds way to ricerish for me. I like the deep grumble of the current generation much, much better. I hope they change it, or it's just the bad audio quality that I keep hearing.
Do you think these videos were filmed during the actual design process and are just being released now or did they just go back to the old models and film a few shorts for YouTube after the release.
I don't think they aren't measuring sound of the exhaust note there, they are measuring how loud the engine is for legal reasons. (Cars can't be over a certain noise level) Plus, that was very early in the build. I doubt that was the final test they did on that area.
All of these videos are rather pointless since the tune hasn't been finalized yet. It could come out sounding completely different for the production model. These are all prototypes.
Just basing on these though, imo I like the sound of the current gen better. It's more rumbley and sounds more...
The 2015 won't be in the movie, a modified 13 is used in the movie. I never said that it was the only advertising, I just said that I think they could have done better with putting it in a better game, like GT6 or Forza 5.
That was an example of good publicity. That probably accounted for a majority of their sales. That isn't really a good comparison. Chevy was able to make their car the lead in a hollywood blockbuster, which had many sequels. That's far better than a car skin in a second hand video game.
I'd be...
A 10 second scene in a movie takes hours and hours of setting up. They would have to have the car sitting there for literally hours to get the lighting right, multiple takes. PA's get paid just above minimum wage, so I have no doubt that someone would risk there job to get a few grand from an...
Not going to happen. I've worked on film sets before. You can't walk 5 feet without a camera on you. Every person on set (all 100+) has a smart phone, and anyone could easily snap a pic at any moment. If it was in the film, it would have been leaked months ago.
I am really disappointed with the physics in Forza. You have to basically slow down to a crawl to avoid sliding completely off the track when you turn. A real performance car can corner much better than the cars in that game.
