They sold it to me with a big smile saying “burn out mode is covered” meaning obviously line lock. The fact I have “accidentally” recorded that on my iPhone I’m pretty sure I’m good! Bring on Cobo Bay and wherever you suggest in Jersey lol.
Do you ever get across here even without car? Give me...
I’m not sure if this is Ford locally or Ford everywhere but to me this as a no brainer:
Five replacement tyres over a 3 year period - 225 pounds
12 curbed wheels repaired over a 3 year period -200 pounds
18 scratches up to a foot long repaired in body shop - 300 pounds
I bought all...
I’ve kept stock wheels on premium package and lowered and eibach spacers -looks much better than standard but still not too extreme. Can (very slowly)mount a pavement when needed...
It has six gears??? Rarely in fourth. Will take it to the main ford dealer here I purchased it through (for some crazy reason they advertise as the earliest Ford garage in Britain)...
This is a link to Ford Guernseys face book page - they took a video of me leaving when I picked it up last month...

Well it wasn’t the fuel -filled her up and cut out twice again in a forty minute drive. Admittedly less than last week but initially thought it was ok.
Am now awaiting an amended tune from Steeda to see if that fixes it. If not, back to stock tune and if it still does it... back to Ford
I appreciate this is not for everyone especially if you are a daily driver but I wanted my Stang to be an absolute ripper - with the Kooks muffler delete system I am banned by the wife for starting it before 11am each day despite living in a detached house on a private clos. If someone can tell...
Thanks Ben - appreciated. Will try the petrol this weekend and then the tune. As for driving economically just not possible here - stop start go stop start go - I’m getting 9mpg and the top speed limit is 35! Hence a few track days planned for next year
Fair enough - will take that. Just never experienced that before and I have a Porsche 911, a Merc AMG ML55, a Classic Golf Mk2GTI 16v (and the wife’s Toyota)... and fuel has never been an issue with cutting out.
Yep agree if the petrol fixes it win win but I’ve been in contact with Steeda and...
Well what I thought was a battery problem with the car cutting out turns out not to be the battery.
I took it for a run today and it kept cutting out while at lot revs specially when in traffic.
I recently put a custom Steeda tune on it and as it was fine before all I can think is that...
It doesn't appear anyone over here does wrapping - well no one that I've called anyway.
The quote for spraying is ÂŁ300 so I'm going to fork out for that in a couple of weeks (potential Christmas bonus quickly disappearing...)
Haven't used the car this weekend other than uploading a custom tune and that took around ten minutes. Took it out to clean it before and all was fine until I went to start it again and it started then switched off and had the orange warning battery light on. Did this twice so then I gave it a...
