I don't have an answer as to why the car stalled however, the warning message is appropriate in a Captain Obvious way. The car is not running and is in a gear other than park hence the message.
Lund tune is great. I really like it in all modes. In addition to Sport mode and using the paddles to manually shift, you can use the paddles to downshift in 'D' when needed without creating a lot of kick-down. It will automatically upshift after acceleration.

You can also use the ScT X4 to adjust revolutions per mile for your rim/tire choice based on actual rollout.

I respectfully disagree. Scratches are most often induced due to improper technique and/or inferior products. I rinseless wash my car once a week (Optimum no Rinse Wash and Shine) using a spray wax (Optimum Car Wax) or sealant (Optimum Opti-Seal) as a drying aid and have not induced any swirls...

I use these and they work very well. I do a rinseless wash with Optimum No Rinse Wash and Shine and can dry the entire car with one towel. Most times I Spray the we panel with Optimum Car Wax as a drying aid.In these instances, I use the second towel to buff the panel. Hope this is helpful...
