I'm soooooo in! Practically in my back yard.
A lot like Buttonwillow, a great open area track with little chance of banging into a wall. Lots of fun and has covered parking.
To those inquiring on replacement cost!!
I paid $2740.20 delivered to my place in Lake County, Ca. - price may vary!
Oh, and I was driving 'below' the speed limit around a mountain curve in my neighborhood, futzing with the radio when out of the corner of my eye I saw this 6" across rock had...
Replacement CF Wheel
At least you didn't munch it like I did mine... If you're looking for a replacement, try Mike Ruhberg at Autonation (651) 301-8386...
Sorry for the late response, Offboost, I posted comparisons here in thread R Spec Wheels with 325s. https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2112816&postcount=26
I haven’t broken the 325s in yet to check under acceleration (wet out). And they do seem a little heavier but haven’t...
Here are rear wheel comparison shots promised: OEM CF R setup w/Michelin SC2 315/30/19 on the left side, and R-spec Signature SV108s w/Michelin 4S 325/30/19 on the right.
From the rear fender the 315 protrude 1/2", while the 325 4S pokes out 11/16" - a mere 3/16" more than stock...
IMHO, the really noticeable difference is the shape of the sidewall - it's more squared off. the tread does extend barely beyond the fender, but I think the stock setup did too but it was less pronounced because the sidewall was more rounded.
I only have these shots right now, but after it stops raining up here I'll try to put the CF/PSC2 setup on one side with the SV108/4Ss on the other and take some comparison shots.
No warranty relief or insurance coverage (unless I want to take a point on my record for being #1 in an 'avoidable' collision).
A replacement should arrive by the 4th ($2740 delivered). I already received the new PSC2 (though I doubt the old tire is seriously damaged, I don't want to take any...
Happy New Year 2018
Finally here's a few shots taken of my SV108's and Michelin 4S's... It was on this road I grenaded my CF rim.
I love these rims!
The 4S rubber makes normal driving a breeze as they don't tram-line like the PSC2's do, however, road noise seems a little louder - could be my...
