I like the idea but in reality the splitter and skirts get so chipped up once their painted. If you do it I'd suggest getting in covered in Xpel Ultimate or you will be re-painting the parts every year.

I had all of my trim hydro dipped. Look into it, you can get pretty much any look or pattern you want. I went with the carbon fiber look and love it.

That looks great! I'll do mine in leather as well just don't know the design yet. I'm in Hampstead, NH, Laconia is about 65 miles north of me or about an hour and a half. Laconia is famous for "bike week", every year a couple hundred thousand bikers enjoying the area, its pretty cool.
