I also removed the factory OTT stripes and installed (DIY) the Big Worm kit. The Big Worm kit does have a bit of a taper - I trimmed to parallel width - 6-13/16" if I recall correctly (trimmed off the taper for even width). The red pinstripe is laid down next to the wide stripe as noted above...

EF300 - no black roof - full nose to tail stripes - and the Big Worm kit can be ordered with or without the cutout for the Sat antenna.

Howie - I would say make it like you want it! I agonized over removing the factory black with white pinstripe on my Magnetic and replacing with Matte Black with Red pinstripe (I personally like that look) but once I did I've been very happy. Replacing or installing from new the factory vinyl...

Finally had time to finish up the OTT stripe conversion from factory black with white pins to matte black with red - love the look on the R, not trying to pretend it's a R but preferred the matte black. Would have ordered this way if available :) ... along with coolers, but that's another...

Has anyone tried this? Looking at swapping out calipers from black to red (R calipers) on a GT350 Tech - thoughts on C Quartz on the calipers? Heat issues, or good to go? Hoping to make it easier to keep clean as this thing throws brake pad dust like nobody's bizness :)

I read in another thread Ford discontinued "badge only" part numbers due to "excess demand" - fwiw - has anyone attempted to paint current badges? Considering myself (doing my own stripe conversion currently from gloss black /white to matte black / red) but not sure if I want to try Plasticote...
