I stumbled upon a PP Gauge Cluster (the 2 center gauges) and want to get the colored backlight working so I can display them in my home office. Has anyone done this before or knows where I should start to wire them up? Thanks
Just traded in my Mustang for an F150 so I’m selling all this stuff:
Unlocked Livernois tuner $150 ($300 reactivation fee)
Used tune-required PMAS intake $175
Used Weathertech front and rear floor mats $50
Local Pickup Preferred: Stock GT PP parts (catback, springs, sway bars, rotors) $just...
How much of a difference did the cold start tune make? I'm moving and had Livernois send me that tune in case my new neighbors don't appreciate my exhaust like I do.
There's definitely a safety factor in Ford's numbers. Everything has one
For the ZL1, its computers could modulate the torque so all 650 lb*ft isn't applied in a way that would grenade the transmission or the weak spots could be reinforced to safely handle the torque
Ford's automatic transmission names typically follow this principle:
XYZZ
X is number of gears
Y is FWD vs. RWD
ZZ is torque rating in N*m divided by 10
So the 10R80 transmission is 10 gears, for RWD platform, and built to comfortably handle 800 N*m of torque (about 590 lb*ft)
