She was driving a Chevy Captiva SUV. My best guess is that I was doing about 50 when she turned in front of me, and I had virtually no time to brake, so yeah, it was a helluva hit.

I got the notice today on mine as well. It said if I was currently having problems with the latch to contact the dealer, but if not to wait until I'm notified that they have the replacements parts in stock. No problems so far, so I'm not going to sweat it.

Like many others have said, American Muscle and LMR are great...but...I always check Steeda first. If they have what I need, that's where I buy it. Best customer service experience I've ever had. Period.

I have the Super Snake stripes instead of the dual stripes, but it also has two pieces for the front bumper. This is what it looks like with the light so it makes it as visible as possible. In normal light I don't really even notice it unless I'm kneeling in front of the car.
