  1. Brakes leaking After autox

Couple questions you can answer your to yourself. Did you ever have the brakes serviced anywhere other than ford? Are you still within warranty? If you said no then yes, this can be covered by warranty. Just don’t mention the auto x. When I first got my car I had the same issue. The dealer...
  2. Paint Shop Recommendation

I would like to get a new bumper for my mustang and have it painted. Could anyone recommend a good place to get it painted in the San Antonio and even Austin area? I'm trying to avoid places like MAACO that do low quality work. Thanks guys!
  3. In 30 Years, When Our FOBs Are Dead, How Do We Get In?

New battery in the FOB? Rewire the car for a key ignition? Get in our self driving hybrid because driving is illegal? I would like to keep my car forever, but I don't know if modern cars will last that long, they aren't built that well.
  4. Where does everyone go for wheel alignment?

I can't say anything about their ability to do oil changes. I do all my service myself, but they do good alignments. Any time I've taken the mustang in for warranty work they have always done an excellent job with fast turn around. My evaporator core has gone out, my sync has died, my front...
  5. Where does everyone go for wheel alignment?

It hooks to the grips on the steering wheel and then braces to the floor so that there is zero play, it's amazing. These aren't like older cars where you can set the toe, then disconnect the wheel to center it. If you don't lock the wheel in place and then adjust the toe you run the risk of...
  6. Sport Mode Automatic

Mine will only shift into 6th when I am cruising above 70mph on the highway. I really do believe these computers are adaptive. After disconnecting my battery, I made an effort to drive as hard as i can in normal drive mode. Now the shifts are extremely firm in drive. ...........Or I'm...
  7. Where does everyone go for wheel alignment?

To be honest, I took my mustang to finsanto automotive, which was recommended by other car enthusiasts. They butchered my alignment, and they said my car was defective because the couldn't loosen the bolts in the front to adjust the camber. They tried to say the front knuckle was on backwards...
  8. Head Light Gap

The mounting surfaces are all perfectly fine, I'll post some pics of the actual damage later. There has always been a slight gap though.
  9. Head Light Gap

No one has dealt with a gap like this before?
  10. Head Light Gap

Long story short. Someone hit my front fascia in a parking lot, they must have pulled too far forward. There is a small crease in my front fascia by the license plate bracket. My grille came unclipped in a few spots. The person fled, a sticky note was left under my wiper stating that they saw my...
  11. MMD Pre Painted Decklid Panel

+1 on the fitment question. What does, "It doesn't bow like the oem panel mean?" I'm thinking about getting one of these, but now I'm hesitant.
  12. Tame my flowmasters

Come on guys the deep exhausts do sound good. I like magnaflow, flowmaster, gibson, ARH, ect. Roush, corsa, and borla all sound too harsh for my liking. I used to like borla on the s197 but not on the s550. It's just a matter of preferance. I heard if you do headers the drone on deep exhausts...
  13. FRPP Track package help.

Glad to help a fellow enthusiast out!
  14. FRPP Track package help.

Did you install lateral locks on your front sway bar? If not the front sway bar can move laterally and cause a knocking sound on hard turns. The track pack sway bay has no welded lateral stop like most sway bars, so it can move without lateral locks. Most people, me included added these when...
  15. GT350R Brembos now available for regular Mustangs

Thanks for the info! I just figured being a ford racing kit they would include a knuckle like this. http://www.americanmuscle.com/frpp-irs-knuckle-kit-1516.html Not trying to start a scene, but I think its kind of sad that ford doesn't put bearings on the gt350 stock. The kit is still...
  16. Dealer cost to install Ford Performance Street Handling Pack (M-FR3A-MA)?

I didn't read through the whole thread, but I want to chime in. As I toiled with a suspension set up myself. I have driven a few s550 track pack cars, and owned a 2014 gt track pack. I suggest skipping the street kit and going for the frpp track kit. It isn't much firmer than the street kit...
  17. Unstable at high speeds

I really want to see pics of those rear tires. They sound pretty cool, unless they are causing the floating. Won't side wall bulge cause instability?
  18. GT350R Brembos now available for regular Mustangs

Would the knuckles come with bearings instead of bushings? Are the knuckles the same as what comes on the gt350? I have the bearings that come with the FRPP track suspension would these knuckles be an upgrade if they come with gt350 bearings? As more info comes out, and members get this kit...
  19. Catback power gains of 30 hp and 40 tq ?

While the 350 may move more air than a bolt on GT, 3" gives you room to grow when you get 1 7/8 longtubes and throw on a kenne bell or whipple. I didn't see that OP has an ecoboost. If you want to go fast go 3" look at some of the builds here.
  20. 2015-17 Mustang GT Ford Performance Power Packs

I heard you can only flash the ford tune one time only. Someone please chime in and correct me if I am wrong. I'm also thinking about going PP3 then getting lund if I decide to go with headers down the line.
