Got mine back a couple days ago and seems to be working fine now. Took almost a week. The replacement part number is FR3Z 19850 R. I quick search shows that R replaces parts C, H or M. N replaces parts B, F or J. I wonder if the difference in part numbers is between Ecoboost and V6.

I chose the third option on the poll but I guess that's not really correct. They just said it was low on freon and recharged it. They couldn't find a leak but I would imagine they didn't check the evaporator. So far it's working but it's only been about a week.

Installed the interior LED conversion kit from Diode Dynamics. New map lights, vanities, glove box and trunk.

I don't know if it's been addressed but does can anyone confirm if the LED map lights fade in/out like the factory bulbs? Or do they just go instant on/off?

This happened to me for the first time on Sunday. I shut the car off, started it up again and the chimes were back to normal. Strange.

It took them 7 days to figure out the problem or was some of that time waiting for the part? I'm on day 3 now.

Mine is at the dealer for the second day trying to track down to cause. I've only had the car a week so this is pretty upsetting.
