There is a very low mileage 2016 GT350 for sale near me that I'm interested in. I'm curious if there are any quirks/issues that are specific to the '16 that I should know about before going to look at it. It's a stock 1-owner car that is spec'd just like I'd want and the price leaves lots of...
Same issue here. Mine is a '16 that was built in mid/late '15. Less than 10k miles. Never been tracked. There was a very small amount of gunk built up around it. No obvious evidence of leaking enough to drip down. I made a note to myself to check it every oil change.
Thanks. $20 is cheap enough that I may take the risk. I'm curious why there are so few options. It looks like there are tons of them for the Camaro. And I hear about people scuffing their doors all the time so it seems like there'd be somewhat of a market for them for the s550.
Does anyone have any kind of door kick plates installed? The only ones I can find are these: https://www.rpidesigns.com/shop/item.aspx?itemid=5125
Looking to see if there are any alternatives out there.
Not sure. You'd have to talk through it with N4SM. There's a thread for the Project6GR rims over on the GT350 sub-forum and 11.5" rims (the R-spec) poke out even on GT350's which are wider than GT's. People have put them on anyways so there may be some pictures for you to get an idea of what...
Weird, I could see them loaded on the page (I linked them from an outside site). I've attached them to the post now so hopefully they show up this time.
I don't know if the dimensions of the '18's are different but 11.5's and/or 345's would be too wide IMO with MPSS. I originally wanted 345's but N4SM told me they didn't think it would look right with Michelins and they were right. It already pokes a tiny bit so the wider ones would be too...
I updated mine tonight. Took about 15 minutes start to finish including popping in the new hub. Mine was at 1.0 and I didn't do a master reset before updating. Everything seems to be working fine so far!
I posted over on the Spotify help forum so we'll see what comes of that. I plan on updating my car so that I can use Apple CarPlay but it looks like that's a whole other minefield when it comes to Spotify. I really don't want to switch away from Spotify because, out of all the other music...
I have SYNC3 and use the Spotify applink app running from my iPhone. Within the past month or so I've noticed that the 'Your Playlists' option has disappeared from the list (see image). I still have Albums and Songs, it's only the Playlists option that has gone away. Other than that it seems...
I made the switch to BG trans fluid this weekend. I also installed the Steeda trans bushing (with a 3/4" hole drilled in the flat). I already had the MGW Race Spec installed prior to this. It's just about perfect now! So much more enjoyable to drive with that combination.
I still have a...

It doesn't say that the kit comes with the Reische T-stat but it has a '1' in the quantity box and it can't be modified. I *do* want...
Today I ordered the BG Syncro Shift II kit from Optimum Performance and am about to order a braided clutch line. Was going to go with Steeda but theirs is over twice the price of the JPC line and I'm trying to figure out why before I order.
I had an '07 GT, which I loved, but there's no way in hell I'd pick it over my S550. Even if you corrected for the vast difference in quality and features I'd still take the style of the S550 over the retro S197 every day (and I still think the S197 is a good looking body style).
When I bought...
