Good afternoon! Just had a set of Texas Speed headers installed and the car runs great. However, it throws a p0141 and p0161 code at startup. I can clear the code and it stays gone until I go to start it again. Is this something that a tune fixes?

My 2019 Mustang has the digital cluster. My son noticed that the rpm side was displaying the gear I was in and not the rpms. He pulled up a youtube video to show how to change it and I don't seem to have that option...... anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
