$$$ & Shine
First, I am "old car guy" so I may be old school as well re. spending money on things like car products...but...
In addition to many modern Mustangs, I also have owned some of the very finest ( ie. National POCI Number One In Class GTO Convert - 1968) classic American Muscle cars...
April Car Shows- NOT !
One of my local Mustang Clubs- Mustangs of Massachusetts, has been sending out "Invites" to upcoming, early Spring Events including an "Autocross" at an old military base here..... BUT...BUT....
Now THIS !
Car Shows in Snow Storms ?
Good MPG
That sounds very dead-on .
You must be a good driver !
You could nurse that 26 a couple mpgs higher if you massaged it- off the gas when speed limit is reached, etc... and it is kept below 70.
Coyote GT MPGs
You definitely can get better mileage in a GT.
No question that driving style makes a big difference in MPGs.
My last Mustang, a Coyote 5.0 2012 GT, with only 1K miles
(not even broken in yet) recorded a legit 30MPGs on a straight 45 mile flat highway run at about 60 mph...
A/C and MPGs
That is very accurate ...
( In my case, to get that stated- actual- 38MPG, I would say I had NO A/C, and was definitely NOT jack-rabbiting. In other words, I nursed it somewhat by watching my driving....
BUT, still ! )
310 HP & Smiles @ pump !
After 16 previous Mustang V8s including a '12 Coyote 5.0,
My New 6G in Boost Version recorded- at ONLY 1K on the clock- a legit
38 FREEKIN MPGs..... over 75 miles on the way to the 2,000 car Cruise Night @ Patriot's Stadium this past June with my Cape Cod Mustang...
Eco Puts out !
Yep, even coming out of a '12 Coyote 5.0, I AGREE- The 2.3 L EcoBoost makes no apologies !
I put it down to pass on a 2 lane this week going to the Mall (without my bride of course)- Almost too quick to believe !
ZERO turbo lag in my opinion !
And, it blows away my past...
RE. parking- Yep, same everywhere !
The other day, my wife had our driver out to the hairdresser's, so I fired up the Eco, and buzzed down to the Hyannis MA Macy's to get here 1 surprise gift for Christmas ( ended up showing it to her- and we had to exchange it..next day  )
I found an...
X/500s !
WOW, REALLY COOL CAR !
Thank you for the response..
(Now, I have something to tell my stateside Mustang buddies about ! I doubt any of my ""know-it-all-car-guy-buddies ;) have heard about your car ! ).
PS- Did you mention our "Super Bowl" oh My !... WE are THE Champions here...
nothing is perfect ...
Forgot to say, sorry about the rear bumper, but, it is fixed now, and at least you do not have to deal with the anxiety some of us have had over the "safety recall" involving potentially excess undercarriage heat in the early EcoBoost cars, like mine... Anxious about...
COOL PONY IMAGE !
That Pony image is NICE !..
Everybody that comes into my garage raves about that when I open the door to show them the interior.
( Still not that many on the roads in New England..MANY MORE down south like Florida where they are everywhere .. particularly because the...
limited edition '15s ?
Sounds GREAT !
Best of Luck with the new Mustang !!
PS-
In this case, I don't think it is my Boston English. I just don't know anything about "limited edition " 20i5 Mustangs beyond the Anniversary Edition in a GT.
I will try to check that out.
Blues waiting for Blue (DIB)
Sounds corny, BUT- personally as a Mustang Guy since they first arrived- And, I mean April 15, 1965 not 2015.... ( my '15 Guard is my 17th Pony ), coinciding with my 15th B-Day.
I am REALLY GLAD you are HAPPY with you new MUSTANG !
Enjoy it in the best of...
Great Britain & European Eco Deliveries
Merry Christmas
And Seasons Greetings from Boston / Cape Cod MA !
Since we don't speak "English" that well ( ;) ) here in Boston, can you clear up for me when you ordered your EcoBoost ....
How long do you guys have to wait to get your cars ?
Dick...
