1) What do you like/dislike the most about it?
To be honest, nothing. I am VERY disappointed in the performance (it is stock), inferior design and performanc of the too small intercooler, the thin paint, misaligned fender, hood and front windshield/rear glass issues and the buzzy/tin...
If you use a good fuel stabilizer (Stabil Fuel is what I have always used) and fill the car with about a quarter of a tank of gas and then drive it for about 15 or so minutes, the gasoline will be fine for a long time. I have used Stabil Fuel in three previous cars in storage when I have been...

In many ways, I feel the same way towards my EB Premium as AR306. The handling is the only part of the car, in my opinion, that is superior to the GT (both in stock form). I have driven my car for seven months and I can't "shake" the feeling of not really being "in love" with the car entirely...
With the 16 model year coming to a close, a friend of mine has a deal on a 16 EB Premium: Ingot Silver, automatic, Performance Package, Enhanced Security Group and Rear Parking Sensors. 32,000 OTD...do you gentleman/ladies think this is a good/fair price? I told him I though it was "OK"...but, I...
AWESOME! I am very happy for you! I also hope you are feeling and doing much better! You deserve a nice car...enjoy it and again, best of luck/health to you!
I can't speak to the "specifics" of this exact deal/offer you referenced; however, I purchased a 2015 EB Premium (PP, auto, ESG) from Akins and Mr. Sowder in August of last year. They were running a very similiar deal. I received $5K off, $500 Ford Cash and $500 Military Rebate. There was no...
The Performance Package for GT's is more expensive than the PP for EB; EB is: $1995.00 (MSRP) and the GT is: $2495.00 (MSRP), as you said. OP, 5K is a lot to pay for the Performance Package on the EB, in my opinion.
WOW! Would it murder your very soul to use punctuation? Reading your post (or any post for that matter) and making a constructive comment is much easier when you post is easily understood!
I have had, to be honest, the total OPPOSITE experience! USAA has ALWAYS been less expensive for insurance than GEICO and their service and repair/claims process has been pristine. My insurance is give/take $100 cheaper every six months with USAA, than GEICO quoted me, with a higher level of...
I have ZERO "inside" information...just what my "gut" tells me. I don't think Ford will make the PP available on automatic equipped GT's until the model's mid-cycle refresh in the 2018 model year. This is when Ford is supposed/rumored to release their 10 Speed Automatic Transmission, along with...
Hmm, I am not sure what to tell you, save maybe it is because you live in CA, "the land of fruits and nuts"! I don't have any "connections". I suspect the dealer "inflated" the trade-in value on my EB PREM PP with dealer hold-back money, in order to make the figures work(able) for the 2015 GT...
Busser48,
I have indeed spoken with Ford Racing several times in the last several months concerning their upcoming tune; when I spoke with Ford Racing yesterday (Friday), this was first time I have ever been given any "projected HP/TORQUE gains" for the EB tune, so I am quite unsure why...
Click on the URL below, it will take you to the actual window sticker from Ford...it has ALL the car's information on it, including the VIN. This is the link I was referencing in my previous post.

Akins also has great deals on V6 Mustangs and almost all of their stock has the 051 Package.

And check out the deal on the 2015 Yellow EB PREM PP...it is LOADED out! If you want an EB and are willing to drive...
That is where I purchased my EB Premium. If I am correct, the URL below is either your car (dealership may not have updated their website) or the dealership has another yellow mustang exactly like yours.

JPG,
You are welcome! I have garnered a lot of wise counsel and information from forum members in this post. And I know EXACTLY how you feel when driving the EB; as I have said (and you alluded to) the 310 HP and 320 FT LBS/TORQUE is enough for 95% of people in almost any driving...
Groundspeed,
Thank you! Wise advice indeed. After a lot of thought, consideration and contemplation (as well as "crunching" financial numbers several times), I will wait to purchase another Mustang. I didn't purchase the GT initially, because it didn't have the PP; I then looked at...
