The first nozzle that went bad the symptoms were subtle at first. I was using a lot of boost juice. I contributed it to my aggressive driving. Then it got worse. After extended idle times like in traffic I would accelerate and the engine would stumble with dead misses and then it would clear up...
Just a heads up, the AEM nozzle with integrated check valve is JUNK.
I have the AEM/Tune+ Meth kit and went thru two nozzle kits before I just added an inline check valve:

When it comes to choosing the 19" or 20" version, is there anything more to consider other than preference? The 20" tires seem to be a bit cheaper. Anything else note worthy?
It made a noticeable difference for me. My factory BPV must have been leaking and I wasn't aware. I put my TS Race BOV in and I felt a big seat of the pants difference.
That is the only scenario I can see that it would make a difference other than the consistency that Beefcake mentioned above.
Same thing here. I just took it to a local muffler shop. They didn't charge me for the repair either. The whole thing boils down to the fact you would expect the part to hold up to it's intended use.
I think I know what Fridge is getting at. If I am right, I was thinking the same thing. If I am understanding the results correctly, you say the Single Shot created 20% - 30% more capacity from the DI Injectors. As a result you had to cut back on supplemental fuel by the same amount.

SS Vs TS is not just a few hundred RPM. It's looking like it will be closer to 1K RPM difference to full spool. And the boost curve under peak is much better.
I'm not trying to speak for VTT. They of course will post their results. I just know what my boost curve is with the SS against the...
I agree. I am very happy with my S2. My driving style changed a little after I installed it. But that is all it took to compensate for the difference in spool.
So, I'm not trying to hijack the thread but I have to ask... Lund is killing it with their tune, obviously. So what is the contributing factor in this?
All of it starts with the solid combination that Perfweld has put together. :hail:
What makes up the rest of the equation? Is it the tuning...
Ooops. My bad.
When I read this "Nostrum employs this high-pressure pump upgrade from DI-Extreme/Mustang RTR to feed up to 1,000 horsepower of EcoBoost performance." I was certain it was a different pump because Adam said (about the pump he is working with) that for big numbers you would still...
In case you haven't seen this floating around on FB. It's where I saw it.

What will you need for proof of purchase? Can you check your records of our S2 purchase?
I have the TS housing in the shopping cart ready to complete the transaction.
I want to make sure I understand this right. I thought this is a new exhaust side housing that can be swapped out on my current V2. Or to get aTS V2 will I have to purchase a new turbo?
