Hey all. My wife and I are moving to the Springs in September and I am looking for a good shop for a tune. I own at 2015 Procharged GT and I would imagine I will need to re tune due to atmosphere. Can anyone give some recommendations on a good shop to get this done at? Thanks.

Do you drive an auto? Folks may not realize it but with autos they can drop gear and get loose without you having a chance to correct. Manual cars have a clutch, which will remove any power input.. Driver mod. EDIT: Also you are in Houston and a "little water in the road" may as well be black...

If the MPG on a GT is "killing my wallet" you don't need a Mustang GT.

Mine grumbled for a few hundred miles and went away. No clue what it was. Sort of felt like it was just breaking in. I'm at almost 12k now and Procharged and its been fine.

11k miles total. 7k Procharged. I daily this car and I have taken it on two business trips from Houston.. Atlanta and back and now I'm in Oak Ridge, Tn. I got almost 21 mpg on the trip from Houston. Smooth as butter!

I'm looking forward to this kit as well. I may drop the Procharger for this depending on the outcome. Looking forward to more info.

They do look great. Too bad they probably won't accept a nice fat tire. (I'm assuming the dimensions are like all the other stock rims they have offered in the past.)

Not going to read through this whole thing but I got the power pack with the tune, filter and GT500 mufflers on my 2011 and it turn that car into a beast.. it was bizarre man it pulled so hard compared to untuned. (Seriously)

I think the ecoboost is a great platform and I'm not going to hate on it. I am only saying for the money you were proposing to build the ecoboost your money in the end (in my opinion) is better spent on the GT. The ecoboost for what it is, is a great deal.

Maybe spend 5-6k more on a GT Plus 6k more on a supercharger package and have much higher resale value and a ton more power. Not to mention the enhanced "user experience" from the GT. It's not even a debate if you want to argue buying a shortblock+ bigger turbo (install, etc.) for your EB. Facts.

I stayed in Atlanta for the past 1.5 years on job assignment and it was 10X worse than Houston. Happy to be back.

Ask your tuner for a tune that will pass so you can swap it in and drive it around till you get your readiness monitors GREEN. I had to do this and Lund sent a tune to pass the OBD. Also, if you happen to of gotten the complete kit from Procharger the tune from them should also pass for...
