6ft5, 270 lbs lifter, at 8% BF; maybe Im just too much for the ecobust to handle. :tsk:
Understood; after 12+ cars, I get what the term estimate means. My gripe has and always will be this: Driving. Gently. Should. Not. Mean. LOWER. Actual. Mileage. Every car I have owned and encountered has...
Update: brakes FINALLY fixed. I complained to ford enough and they finally got involved. They made my dealership replace the brakes which cured the shrieking and other noises (chattering/clicking when hitting the pedal, and the humming and rubbing sounds). No unusual noises now and as a bonus...
Twenty nine sucks, when in bold letters on the sticker it says the number 32. And it does when you come from a much more powerful car, one that doesnt sound like blender, that easily beats that number AND its EPA rating.
And IMO, when you have had no less than 6 cars, that had lower EPA...
Same boat here, mine was drinking gas like its about to go extinct; during my MANY gas stops, I talked to RAM and SUV drivers who get better mileage. First tank of soft driving, 280 miles, first tank of premium was worse, at 250. Road trips at steady 69, not getting into boost at all, was a...
Nothing BUT regret here. Didnt really want a mustang, let myself get talked into it. Then I talked myself out of the GT after seeing the EPA ratings. Then I end up with a car that so clearly has an engine problem (judging by the way it sounds, feels, and drinks gas) that no one can diagnose and...
I went with ford ESP that covered the car an extra 9k miles (lease allows a total of 45k, not that theres any chance I will keep it that long), and rental CARE, for the no hassle loaner/rental coverage. Ive already used the loaner coverage several times, which I knew would be the case; I...
Guess I'll be the dissenter: I hate my engine. Maybe theres something wrong with it, but it just sucks. It sounds terrible, there is zero power and the gas mileage is about what you would expect from a SUV or truck. Took it in to have it looked at just so its documented in case theres another...
I have to laugh at people that think someone is automatically jealous because they dont like a new version of something. Maybe the same ones calling people jealous are in fact insecure because the new version isnt as great as they think it is and they need everyone to like it to make themselves...
 Of COURSE its normal, its just a ford after all. Normal to have brakes you can hear a mile away, normal to average 19 mpg in light driving, basically anything that DOESNT meet expectations is going to be normal for this POS.
^Good idea. I will get a video in the morning when I leave work. The sound is amplified in the parking garage (and seriously embarrassing if anyone is around to hear it).
The gills are always on, yes. They dont turn off when the signal is activated, but, the foglight on the right or left does (since the signal is directly above the foglight and not in the headlight cluster), depending on the direction youre turning.
Im not sure of the K rating for the xenons...
