I am not sure the cost, but you send your PCM to them to install the tune. They also have a programmer, but I am not sure if they sell it or not or if it just available as part of their kit.

Yes. The kit comes with the original 58's. The JMS Fuelmax and ID1000's are separate items I have for sale.
