I believe so. Not 100% sure because I broke it. It goes into the side skirt on the bottom next to the jack point. Link doesn't work for me.

According to the Service Manager at Grapevine Ford, Ford said ruled it normal and will not replace the decklid under warranty.

Yeah I messed with it a little but I don't see how to fix it if there is a way. It's off by about half inch on the driver side, and about quarter inch on the passenger side.
