I think this is in reference to the V10 it is replacing. You would not be likely to cram a 7.0l into a modern mustang engine bay.This 7.0 is said to be "more fuel efficient, smaller, lighter, with more torque, more horsepower."

Who said it was gonna be 4V? If it's based off the current 6.2 it may be 2V.Yeah, cause it's got 4-valve heads. Just what the new one will have.
