Yeeeaahhh, really feeling like the title doesn't really fit with the purpose of the site. Might as well say butt-hurt V6 owners, come on in.

I love every aspect of my '16 and nothing about the '18 gets me all warm and fuzzy. If I need more power, I can add it. Other than that...well, that is all there is.

Saw my first 18 GT in person the other day, was not a fan of the front end at all. Much preferred the look of the 15 I traded in. I wouldn't buy an auto anyways, no matter how much faster it is, which is really the biggest upgrade in the new GTs.

when i test drove an 18 last week the only really noticeable difference was in the front end looking out....or lack thereof....i could not see the front of the car like in the 15 i have.
i picked a PP premium so i could compare to what i had minus the extra HP and i really couldnt feel it that much over what i have...not enough to say WOW, i need that...suttle but not huge. overall ride and feel was pretty good.
if im butt hurt at all its toward the 15 almost showing off my boss 302 i have...power, handling and such are very similar to the boss, so i feel the boss was "shafted" when the 15 came out but like it was said previous, there is always something out that is better and more powerful or else why would you want to buy something that is more of a "downgrade" than what you already have unless you are going for 'cheap'.
i wanted a 2004 mach 1 when they came out....305HP@! man that was it, then the 05 came out with 305 and it was same power and nicer ride....then the boss, and that was way better than my 2006...so yea always have something out there better than what you have....
if you have to have the "newest and greatest" all the time then just get a 24mo lease on a car and turn it in all the time.

I love my 2017 and think the 2018's are awesome. Not sure why one can't do both. I am intrigued by the new MT82 gear ratios. I wonder if it'd like a 1:1 4th and two overdrives more than my current ratios. I find the drop from 5th to 6th pretty steep.

Don't really like the question being asked here.

Why would anyone who owns a 15-17 Mustang be butt hurt over the 18 models? Just doesn't make any sense to me. I personally prefer the looks of the 15-17 models over the 18 models. I can't seem to "like" the front or back end of the 18's, the 15-17 seems more aggressive to me.

The amount of trolling and nastiness on this forum resembles that of an online Call of Duty match. It's amazing!

Not butt hurt. The deal on my 2017 was too good to pass up. A same spec 2018 is around ±12K more for me at this point. Obviously as the 2018 months pass, there will be deals to be had, but I would estimate I am still a good $5-$7k less on my 2017 vs best deals on a 2018

To take advantage of the new for 2018 features that my 2017 doesn't have like the 10 spd auto, PP and magnaride, I am looking at around 16K more than I paid. And I would not have ordered an auto anyway.

Not interested in digital dash.

Front end update? I am sure the 2018 looks just fine in person, but the difference is really not big enough to justify the extra cost, for me.

I'd rather invest a few $$ into improving and personalizing my 2017 and still be way short on cost than a 2018, even if I am leaving a little bit of performance on the table.

All CDN funds, btw.

Well I wanted a GT and had to be a PP. When the '18 prices got released, I basically wrote them off immediately. Not paying close to $40K for a GT base/PP.
'17s near me about $32K.
Ended up getting car in my sig w/only 5500 mi and close to 700hp for less even less. Very happy. :clap2:

Butt hurt? Nah, my car is halfway paid off, and I've pretty much done all the mods I wanted. All of the them paid for, too. Some 2018 owners will be butt hurt in 2020 or so, the beat goes on...

I love my 2017. Got a great deal right as they were almost sold out in my area with 0% financing and 2k under invoice. Got everything I wanted and nothing I didn't.

The additional power would have been nice, the upgraded trans would be nice, and some other minor things but all in all it wasn't worth waiting a few months and spending $10k more to get.

Everyone with a 2018 should be happy - it is a fine car and the best Mustang ever. But, it doesn't make my 2017 any less awesome, nor do I feel the need to "compete" with my fellow owners for whos is "best" or "better"

If you’re not upset now why would you think a 2018 owner would be in the same situation 2 years from now? That’s specious reasoning, unless you’re saying you actually are butt hurt.
