Official: 2017 GT350 New Colors and Features Confirmed

Back in February, we first reported that the 2017 Shelby GT350 would come in more color flavors than currently available and add track pack goodies as standard equipment.

As we told you when we showed the exclusive first spy photos of the Lightning Blue GT350, the new 2017 GT350 looks absolutely stunning in the new colors, over-the-top stripes and a nice polish, as shown in these official press photos.

Shown together are the 2017 GT350 in new colors Ruby Red, Lightning Blue with black stripes, and Grabber Blue with white stripes. Sadly, the 2017 GT350 does lose the Deep Impact Blue and Competition Orange paint options.

As regular Mustang6G readers already know from the 2017 GT350 order guide, and which Ford has now confirmed, the 2017 Shelby GT350 gets new features and packages including the Track Package as standard equipment. This includes the aluminum tower-to-tower brace, high-downforce decklid spoiler, engine oil, transmission and differential coolers and the MagneRide damping system.

The 2017 GT350 will go on sale in June and adds other new features and packages:

  • –  Two new available packages – Electronics Package includes SYNC® 3, voice-activated navigation and nine-speaker audio system; Convenience Package includes the same options, and replaces manual Recaro seats with leather-trimmed power sport seats.
  • –  Available audio system upgrade from seven to nine speakers with Electronics Package, Convenience Package and R-Electronics Package
