There’s been plenty of naysayers and ahem, certain “journalists” that have fallen for Ford’s efforts to hide the ball, but our sources have just been vindicated with the first definitive photos of the next Bullitt Mustang.
Captured during a photo shoot (presumably for a commercial and the same one seen here), the 2018 Bullitt Mustang was spotted wearing a white sheet to conceal the vehicle and being escorted by police down to the Lower Wacker Drive in downtown Chicago.
In addition to the dark green (DHG?) paint, Torq Thrust-style wheels, and lack of 5.0L badging that we saw previously, these new photos show the 2018 Bullitt with Recaro seats, red Brembo brake calipers, black exhaust tips and the pièce de résistance — the faux gas cap with crosshairs background mounted on the black decklid, exactly as the leaked sketchboard images previewed.
