It’s certainly not the first ever Saleen S302 Black Label Mustang delivered to a customer, but it is the first of its kind on our forums, and a happy ending to an over twenty-month saga after Mustang6G member Dortzs550 placed his order in September of 2015.
The Saleen S302 Black Label was revealed at a public event in Los Angeles back in March 2015, promising a completely redesigned vehicle on the inside and out.
This particular S302 Black Label was ordered without the supercharger, retaining its 5.0L naturally aspirated Coyote V8 engine but tuned to 450-horsepower.
It also adds a full carbon fiber kit, Saleen tuned exhaust with high performance mufflers, upgraded suspension (springs, shocks, sway bars, strut tower brace), larger brakes and Carbonite 20-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels, to name a few of the modifications.
