After seeing the first 12-second bone stock 2018 Mustang GT you knew it wouldn’t take long for the tuners to start tapping into the refreshed S550’s full potential.
Over the weekend Lund Racing took their Orange Fury ’18 Coyote to the drag strip and finished the day with several 11.3x passes in its 10R80 10-speed Mustang GT with 3.15 gears.
The Mustang was run on a Weld Racing drag pack (wheels & tires swap) and Lund e85 tune via a SCT Performance BDX device. The air filter was removed for a very minor gain, but there was no weight reduction or other modifications of any kind.
The best pass of the day was 11.31 @ 124 MPH making it the quickest and fastest naturally aspirated 2018 Mustang GT so far — watch and read about the pass in our forums.
