A little introduction before we get down to business: My name is Alicia and I am one of the Internet Managers at Chapman Ford in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. I have lived in EHT since I was 10 years old and in NJ for my whole life. I have 2 kids and am married. I love dogs and sports! I got into the auto industry about 9 years ago, starting here at Chapman as a sales assistant and moving into my current role as Assistant Internet Manger/Leasing Coordinator. Do orders submitted now include the $1000 custom order discount?

Documentation fee = Paying you to sell me a vehicle. No thanks.. to each their own I guess.

PS- There are states where you can't collect the registration fees, like NH. We have to pay them in person for the exact amount to the penny. The town/city will not accept an over payment and refund the difference.

All dealerships have a documentation fee some are lower then other that is ours. And you are correct for states that the customer has to complete there own tags and registration we would not collect it but that is very few most state allow the dealership regardless of the state they are located in to complete it on the owners behalf.

Yes as long as the mustang model you are ordering in compatible with the rebate yes. It will also lock in any other rebates or special APR financing that is currently avaliable. The only way it would change if it at the time of delivery the programs are better we then can go with the delivery date incentives instead of the order date ones.

Last time I tried to deal with you guys you tried for take me for thousands over MSRP on left over GT350, then again on a Bullitt. Maybe you guys changes, but far as I'm concerned that bridge is burned.

On specialty models we would be over MSRP as most dealerships are but on the regular models we are honoring the 2% under invoice.

This is what the third post? Other dealers are below 2% and not playing games on specialty models. It's being laughed at by dealers like yours that I ordered from Granger and will be taking a flight.
