Car and Driver’s Lightning Lap 2018 annual competition has taken place and the Mustang GT Performance Pack 2 posted an impressive laptime, beating out some formidable competition.
The Mustang GT PP2 managed to lap Virginia International Raceway in 2:53.8, good for #7 overall out of a field of 21 cars. This time bested the 600 HP BMW M5, Cayman 718 GTS, Challenger SRT Hellcat, among many other impressive cars.
