This Mustang of the Moment goes to V8Venom (Mike) and his boosted 2015 Mustang GT.
For his 7th Mustang, Mike chose this sinister black on black S550 that was purchased back in January 2015. Since that time, he has outfitted his Coyote with 2.9L Whipple Supercharger, 3.75″ pulley, 132mm throttle body, and BMR suspension upgrades including BMR vertical links, performance springs, cradle lockout kit and differential bushing lockout kit.
After logging 500 miles in two weeks with the Whipple installed, Mike decided it was time to get “Jill” on the dyno to see what power she could unleash. The results on the dynojet — 651 rear wheel horsepower and 498 LB-FT torque on 93 octane, more than earning the “best engine” award that Mike took home weeks earlier at a recent Ford car show.
Of course, all that power needs a pretty face to go along with it and this S550 certainly looks the part of bad-ass with a no-frills, fully plasti-dipped and blacked out exterior, Big Worm Graphix taillight tints, Lethal Performance upper and lower grille delete, Roush heat extractors and CDC Outlaw chin and rear spoiler.
