Great looking cars. I was surprised the '88 was missing the plastic center caps. So was the '93 Cobra. Maybe he's afraid they will get lost or something. Or the color no longer matches after all these years and he's afraid seeing that will reduce the selling price.
I really liked the Fox Mustangs. They were cheap and simple with a V8, and Ford sold a lot of them. Aftermarket parts were so plentiful if you were patient you could find them used in good condition rather than buying new. I bought several V8 Fox Mustangs for less than $1,000. Now people seem to think they are valuable. I'll probably never own another. I like them as a cheap car, but to me I don't see any reason to own one as a collectible.

He probably had the center caps stored so they would not be stolen. NOS center caps go for good $$$ and even those that aren't NOS but in excellent shape still go for very good $$$.
Does anyone know why he departed with the collection, other vehicles in sight for a new collection? Or just downsizing because the time is right with pricing?
I saw some go across the block on TV; definitely well kept vehicles.
