Ben Treynor, owner of the first delivered 2016 Shelby GT350R on our forums, ran his R in a single session with the Hooked on Driving HPDE program at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca a few weekends ago.
With a completely bone stock vehicle and settings, Ben managed to run a 1:40 on his second session even while having to lift for sound after turn 5, of which his wife Christine took full advantage with the help of the family’s Ferrari 458 Challenge.
